Would you be interested in a device which converts X10-RF and X10 security codes (such as the DS10A) to UPB?
The 32-bit version of the v572 can receive DS10A codes already, without needing a PC or other hardware device, but it converts all RF to X10-PLC. The UPB-572 converts all basic X10-RF codes to UPB, but isn't 32-bit (thus no DS10A support), so basically this new device would be a combination of both. WGL Designs, the manufacturer of these popular devices, has informed me that if there is enough interest, they might consider working on such device.
Such a device would offer many advantages, as X10-RF remotes and DS10A door/window sensors are extremely cheap, and are great for home automation use. Some people currently do this using the Elk M1 - M1XSP - W800RF32 combo (including myself), but this setup has some annoying issues, such as a delay, difficult to manage/setup DS10A's, etc.
