X10 and trouble codes

Using the smarthome x10 meter to identify whats happening on powerline. :D

I see BSC & BBK values of 85 122 147 119 repeating.
On the docs they refer to Bad Start Code and Bad Block .

Has anyone determined what this means in the X10 world? trying to understand how to get TED and X10 to work together?
I have had some success but not stable yet. (find the source of the noise and proceed from there for a clean powerline)

Thanks in advance.

It is interferance you have there. Maybe the noise culpret could be found by going through the breakers but you may be better phase aligning the units to the other phase in the panel then re-testing the signal.

My true opinion you may not want//////////UPB works where X-10 won't. Try it and see.

I had that happen a few times.
One time it was my RR501 sending garbage. I rebuilt its power supply.
The other was when my Smarthome Dryer Outlet Repeater got locked in a firestorm of signals when it choked on some Extended Codes form an AM14A two way X10 Module.

Could be noise as mention stepping on the signals. If it is continuous and you have a repeater; try as a test turning it off.
