iPhone Solution to Integrate Interactive Program Guide Application and Wireless Remote Control

(Nasdaq: ZILG), a global provider of innovative embedded control solutions, and tvCompass Inc., a software and services provider for mobile internet devices, introduced today at CES a mobile software solution that enables remote control capability on the Apple iPhone and other popular mobile smart phones.
The joint technology solution features tvCompass's patented network connected Interactive Program Guide and wireless service. The solution also includes Zilog's Crimzon Connects technology that provides customized control of home audio/video products via the company's industry-leading infrared (IR) database and a variety of other home devices such as lights and thermostats that use INSTEON or Z-Wave technology.
