Haiku "Zone/Trips" Push Notification not functioning?

First off I enjoy this software compared to the other ones in the App Store that are compatible with HAI.
Although it saddens me that for some reason after various testing, that the "Zones & Trips "push notifications are not functioning well. The "Arm & Disarm" push notifications seems to work seamlessly. This saddens me as this is one of the more important notifications I would like to receive when away from home.

I have yet to test the "Alarms & Troubles" push notifications.

I fully understand that it is still in beta and hope this issue gets fixed.

Best Regards to the Dev Team.
Also Happy Mothers Day to all the mothers at the company.

I don't think HaikuHelper sends push notifications for zone trips out of the box.  If you had the system armed and the zone trip caused the alarm to trip, you would get that push.  But it does not send a push for every zone change.

Now, if you have the app open and connected to the controller over the internet, you would see and hear the zone change that way.

If you want to get into Scripting, you can send custom push notifications that way, for any event you like.

There is Zone Troubles & Trips -- this sends a notification when a *security* zone reports a trouble or a trip. If you want to just receive notifications for an auxiliary or other zone that isn't armed, you will need to do some minor scripting as neillt mentioned.

Ok cool. Thanks for the help.

Also I tried tripping the sensors, and it sent me push notifications which is great. It also specifies which tripped sensor that caused the alarm.

Well worth every penny on this app.

Although I am clueless about scripting, anyone kind enough to post links just so I get an idea.

Thanks for all the replies.

There is scripting documentation and examples in HaikuHelper's Help menu.

You can also find scripting examples and get help on this forum.
