russound integration with hai?

hii there.. i have russound mca-c5 controller tie up with hai through rs 232 port.. it is working on my omni touch 7.. but one problem is that i can't switch soucre from back and forth on omni touch or my phone app (snaplink)..every time i have to access russound keypad to able to switch the source from one to another...what i am missing?

Can you provide more information? What exactly IS working on the Omnitouch? Do you see the sources in Snaplink, but cannot control them?

on omni touch 7 i see audio column and my sources are on russound only two source..1st source is am/fm tuner and source 2 is ipod dock... i see both sources on omni touch 7  but lets say source 1 is playing and i like to change source from omni touch and i click on second source to play ..it wont let me do it.. everytime i gotta go to russound keypad to actually change source.. more over if am/fm playing ( source 1) on system ( omni touch 7) i can turn up volume up/down/play/pause/mute but wont let me do next and previous am/fm channels...so on omni touch neither it let me to change the source number and also if any source is playing it wont let me to do next and previous song....i hope it helps you what i am trying to say..

Do you have a PC access? Is it possible that your serial port is set to Russound and not to Russound Series C?

Thank you my friend ..i changed serial port to russound c now i have an acess on russound.. i can change the source which is great news but i still cant do next nd previous channel?

What HAI controller do you have and what firmware version?

Hai omni pro ii nd version is 3.14

3.14 should support this function, it could be the Omnitouch issue. Can you change channel on snaplink?

Same thing on snap link... it wont let me do next/ peevious.. thts kind of sucks
