SystemSensor cosmod2w Smoke Trigger/Elk

I've searched pretty hard, but can't find the answer. How do I connect the smoke and co trigger inputs of the cosmod module to the Elk? I'm guessing I can just connect it to a standard output, such as output 7, and that it doesn't need a (-) connection as it would ground through the module's main power (-) connection?

Gets wired like a 4 wire smoke. You need 2 outputs for the tandem ring triggers (CO/FA)

Thanks.  Somehow, despite reading the COSMOD manual 12 times, I overlooked the part that says all it needs is positive voltage for the triggers.  Guess i was expecting it to be more complicated!

You'll need to program rules accordingly for the CO tandem ring, reset and the fire along with maintenance. Resetting will generate trouble on the non-alarm technology. Can't remember if it's just the maintenance zone off the top of my head. I don't like using the maintenance as a fire trouble, more of knowing what is causing the issue in my mind vs. is it the fire portion or maintenance. Some CS' will also dispatch on a trouble if nobody is reached due to liability.
