Panel 4 is mounted in another closet which is the access to the attic.  It's adjacent to a wiring chase that brings wiring from downstairs through the wall and into the attic and is located in the middle of the house.  It contains two output expanders, a P212S, surge suppressor and battery.  The output expanders are stacked with standoffs.  The wiring is terminated in terminal blocks as in panel 2 that are labeled with the zone number.  Power is supplied to the sensors and devices through the red and black terminal blocks.
