Old photo of when I first started setting everything up in the new cans.
Well they will fit on that plate, but that's about it, you can't fit them anywhere else without giving up space.

Do you know of another mounting plate for the M1 control? One that is more narrow?

I wish CV, and other enclosure manufacturers, would list compatibilities (and dimensions! Elk doesn't list dimensions of the M1G control, nor the enclosure adapter plates, nor the rails).

I found the SWP Multipurpose Adapter Plate dimensions 6.5 w x 4.75 h x .375 depth on the SetNetPro website (buried, of course).

I guess this is an item that I'll have to get when I purchase the M1, rec'd by the seller (I'll find someone knowledgeable, who also sells other manufacturers' equipment). ASI, AO, SetNet, and maybe even Digger, should all be good.

Looking at the relatively bare rear of the CV 50", I'll be drilling/tapping some holes regardless. I hope to hang the can this week, and get my LAN installed (when the CV holder and Netgear switch arrive :p - thanks again). Also waiting on the ordered patch panels.

I hope to add some pics to the gallery soon, of my stuff! That way, I won't be hijacking YOUR thread. ;)

GS116 Switch and CV Large Holder arrived, fit very well.

Thanks for your help, Dan.

Maybe I'll find some time tonight to play around with the layout.

I bought 2 of those Leviton 8-port Quickport blank vertical patch panels - we'll see how they work out.

Still waiting on your updated enclosure pics (that aren't macro photos ;) ). I'm eager to see how you've integrated outlets into the bottom of the cans.
