Cheapest keyless entry with a logging option

I would like to get something that can track users. However, the business applications are $800 +


Anyone see anything in the 200-300 range?

Need it be new? I have a Kantech KT-300 access control system collecting dust in the garage. I had initially thought it would be a killer add on to our system but, it simply didn't get used enough to justify it. I'd let it go for $300/shipped (sans battery and I only have a couple/few fobs) if you'd like. You can see more on it here.
