Elk M1 new install problem

I have installed Elk M1G. I just have one keypad on it - M1KPAS (configured as #2). The following happens:
 
Arm to Stay from keypad, wait for delay, open garage door (Burglar Exit 1), keypad starts to beep continuously, but siren on Out2 is silent, if i open the patio door (burglar perimiter instant) after that, siren goes off. 
 
Any advice?

Several programming items could cause your problem:
Check to see if the garage zone has been set for cross zoning.  If set for cross zoning, you have to have another cross zone to trip before the alarm goes off.
Make sure the swinger zone lockout is not set.
Make sure exit 2 time is not set for a long time.
