Forums for CD ripping software EAC (Exact Audio Copy)?

Trying to get tech up to the current century... EAC was recommended by a coworker. Downloaded it and installed. It seems to have trouble with my optical drive although it works fine with Windows and Linux. Tried a USB drive - it didn't see it. The forum link on the EAC web page is dead. Any suggestions on a good site that covers such things?

It's not the CDs. For some reason it was spitting out all of them. I was putting together some notes to post in an audio forum and it started working. Weird! It's working fine now.
