Yes, how to lay down insulation that is 6-9 inches above joists but still be able to maneuver. Moving the insulation every time is both a hassle and compromises the completeness of the barrier. Putting cross joists above regular joists then laying down plywood to walk on makes it harder to access the right spot plus reduces headroom.
