Our local grocery store has a coin operated machine that's meant specifically to dry out cell phones.  Apparently somebody studied the market and decided it was big enough to make space for it.
 
I have no idea how well it works though.

I just ran into some advertising with a local cell phone dealer claiming to be able to fix wet cell phones after the owners have dried them out and they still don't work.
 
I would enquire into some of these unless the OP just wants a new mobile and doesn't care about the data on it.
 
My son had a recent Galaxy model crash and sent it to some place claiming big successes recovering data. He had about $40K in Bitcoin on it, apparently. Crying? I would be.
 
So he gets out his old BlackBerry model and finds another 10 Bitcoin, in a wallet on it he forgot about a long time ago. geeeeesh!

That's the one that the software crashed and was unrecoverable, well...so far.
