Outdoor Lighting integrated with Vista 21ip?

Hi Folks,
 
I am about to start working on my outdoor lighting and would like the ability to integrate the light switch with my Honeywell Vista 21ip security system.  Which systems are compatible (I also have the Vista Automation Module as well) with my alarm?  X10? Zwave?  I
 
Any recommendations and suggestions would be highly appreciated.

With the VAM, Zwave only.
 
If you get an X10 transceiver to go on the J header, you could in theory do X10 and Zwave.
 
Don't expect high level integration with the Vista, no matter what is connected to it.
