Which CCTV security system is Preferable?

We are one of best security system installers in Perth. We really want to know which kind of home security camera people prefer?

Personally its the type that you can get the best bang for the buck (cuz I am cheap) even though I always fall back to companies that have been around awhile and have established a good resilient product that takes a licking and keeps on ticking.    Home security CCTV used to be cost prohibitive and today it is not. 
 
IE: my old Optex combination legacy cams with built in PIR are very functional and innocuous looking. The innocuous part itself is an issue these days relating to .....Well that and the old Axis stuff that is built to last forever.
 
Most nice for me too is the integration of combination of analog motion sensors into the CCTV monitoring for event recordings. Using this and good integration of video motion algorithms gets you the meat without the fat/fluff.
