I am trying to update some settings in my XEP module (remove Dynamic DNS info, update time server info, and update DNS server). I can connect on the local LAN using ELK RP2 2.0.20. The software tells me there is a conflict with the XEP setup and do I want to receive, or send. If I choose receive, all the data downloads from the XEP to my database without issue. If I select Send changes to XEP, the system will say "Sending to XEP", then "System did not respond. Connection may have been terminated". I can select "Retry" or "Cancel", but either one results in the message "Control has Disconnected" and I get disconnected. I updated the XEP to firmware 1.3.28, same issue. Updated control panel to 5.3.0, same issue. Tried using the jumper to change the ip to dynamic and tried again, same issue. Tried from another computer with RP2 installed, same issue. Rebooted panel, XEP, and router, same issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can connect via RP2, and app on my android device, just can't make any programming changes. A little hesitant to try upgrading to v2.
