Tablet (Ipad) mounted on wall questions

Background:
I looked at a number of off the shelf solutions, everything from inexpensive brackets to in-wall mounted systems, and everything in between.   Most seemed overcomplicated and overpriced, and try to sell you additional accessories and mounting mechanisms.  So I decided to apply the KISS (no not the rock band) principal and make my own solution.

My requirements:
1. Must be powered, but no cord dangling down the wall.
2. No huge hole in the wall which cannot be easily covered up with a picture or mirror.
3. No complicated USB over CAT5 wiring to run thru the walls.
4. Allow easy and inexpensive replacement when Apple changes the physical dimensions of the iPad.
5. Allow use of the camera and microphone for FaceTime, Skype, video messages, and more importantly Siri.
6.  Does not cover up the Home button.
7. Allow listening to music and audible notifications with the iPad speaker.
8. Does not cover up the border of the iPad which would prevent finger gestures from off the screen, e.g Control Center and Notification Center.
9. Allow easy removal in the unlikely event it becomes necessary to restore from backup.
10. Of course it must meet code.

Materials:
1. Arlington single gang recessed electrical box - $10
2. Leviton USB power receptacle - $15
3. Oak frame - $5
4. Misc hardware - $2

Very nice job, Elvis.  How's that Leviton USB receptacle working out for you?

Thanks.   There are two ports.  One low current which does not provide enough power to charge the iPad.  The other is rated for 2.1 amps which is more than enough to keep the iPad charged even with the display on continuously.

The product page also specifically lists compatibility with a number of tablets.

I have seen less expensive receptacles, but not all of them are rated for high current or list compatibility with various devices.
