Yes, there does appear to be neutral wiring in most of the boxes, all bundled in the back of the switch box, so it looks like it skips the switch. Otherwise, this is exactly what I have in my 3-way switch boxes right now: - bundle of white wires (not connected to switch) - two black wires...
