Elk M1 and GRI-2600 water sensor alternative

So - was curious for a good alternative to the GRI water sensors that meld well with ELK zones.   Can't find the 2600's and when I do find somewhere that thinks they "have them" - they don't. Last attempt was J**C who promptly charged my card / then 4 weeks later - have pretty much ghosted me...

What is anyone using for HDMI switches?

As it happens - the 4x4 switch in post 1 (was going to return) can easily be controlled by the same HS3 plugin I'm using for the 8x8. So glad I stumbled upon the Drule (free) plug-in. This is super! I'm not sure the role for the Monoprice, but I'm keeping them both.

What is anyone using for HDMI switches?

Testing begins. I have had two sources / 2 outputs on continuously for > 24 hours. I created a HS event that  alternates the sources back and forth between the outputs every 10 minutes. There are anomalies, not enough for a return. I've seen reviews that mention what I'm seeing - one monitor...

What is anyone using for HDMI switches?

I got it today. Have not hooked any video to it yet, checking the Serial / Lan abilities. So far via serial I have tried most of the commands. Create presets Recall presets Mute / unmute the key press "buzzer" as they call it. Recall the current connection status - what input is connected to...

What is anyone using for HDMI switches?

Argh. That one is also not directly accessible. I am liking the TESmart you linked to -  @~449 it would seem a bargain if it works as advertised. And the commands - they appear easily scripted you think? Maybe even do presets and choose by sending HTML strings/

What is anyone using for HDMI switches?

That is fine - I'm almost certainly going to send it back. Go for an 8X8

What is anyone using for HDMI switches?

Nope - Their support had to send me that particular doc, it wasn't  published elsewhere. Any other switch has docs I can readily get to. That particular switch is "different". PS - your link doesn't go any where.

What is anyone using for HDMI switches?

I bought one of these https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=15378 4x4 switches.   I need to return it due to a quirk I can't live with (RS-232 control circumstance) but at 169.00 I thought it worked quite well for the most part.   Now I'm looking at larger switches like this...

    Nextalarm going bye bye

Pete - I got a  letter as you did. In reading the first paragraph, they specify "Internet" service. Does this also affect POTS?  Its not clear that they are shutting down all services.   Still have greater than 30 days before this happens -    Thanks for any / all thoughts.

    Russound vs. HTD

Mike - nice to see you moved on with HTD. Would you mind sharing the components you ended up with? On the diagrams you show MCA-66. Did you get keypads?

    2019 Glass Break Detect

Thanks guys - The older style FG-730 is reminiscent of the ones I grew up with - with the 3 LED indicators - like a Crow brand?   I'm ordering one of each for testing.   Thanks again!
