Update: Have anemometer and wind vane working again. Since did not get any response from this thread, went ahead and unsolder the SMD 'R1' resistor from the HB Anemometer PCB.  Measured voltage on the eVane sensor output which is now within Inspeed spec of 0.245 to 4.67 range and drops back to...
