Follow up on this. I got a new TW523 and that did nothing. I then unplugged the z-wave interface Vizia Rf and then everything started working again.   I guess I will toss that in the bin.

Verify that your att router is 192.168.1.0.  Many routers it's 192.168.1.1 probably safer to pick a number higher up like .100 for Omni.   Log into your router and you can see whatever is connected to it.

Op2  for last 12years, I'm upgrading things now. Probably homeseer. Omnitouch not that good, using Android pads with bitwise to create custom screens. Will change to homeseer screens. For music server and cams just got Synology ds414 nas, works excellent for both.

It was a dealer demo board, so essentially new. Had the original anti static bag and original box. Came with a bunch of other dealer demo stuff.most importantly it had the upgradable rom chip.
