  Sorry but I don't understand what you mean.  What is the wrong loop?  These are wireless devices.  These sensors do not have a tamper so not sure what I am suppose to do here.

Just bought 4 of these devices and they are not working. Whether I manually or automatically have the system detect them they are showing as zone violated. Checked my manuals and looking online and changing whatever settings I have have no effect. I am using Elk M1Gold with a Caddx receiver...

Yes I did go into regedit and remove the entries for RP2 but no luck. This is really frustrating.

Not not been successful in reinstalling RP2 without the error msg and still can not communicate with Elk through RP2, but CQC is still getting information from Elk. Anybody have any other suggestions as I need to get this fixed so I can make changes and add sensors. Thanks

Tried the default RP and this code gives the same error. I am using a straight serial port off a add-on card. Tried connecting to the serial port off the motherboard and got the same error msg. Why is my CQC program able to get information from Elk but I can not log in to it via RP2?

I have unplugged the battery and am still getting the low battery warning. Whether the battery is connected or not if I recycle the M1 power it does NOT clear the warning.

All my devices, DVD Player, PVR, etc are hooked up to a switch and then travel along the same cable from there to the bedrm. So I know it is not that cable as it works fine for some devices. Therefore it might be the cable running from the device with the problem to the switch. Will try that...
