0 to 5 volt sensors

I am testing the Barix barionet and the Datanab Ai8R13 to work with an automation platform, but I am having trouble finding sensors to measure things like, PH, Salt levels, water levels, linear movement, flow rates, voltage (220vac) current (up to 63Amps at 380 vac) . So if anyone knows a good site for sensors that have a 0v to 5v output, please post them here.

I'm pretty sure all of the sensors from Vernier are 0-5V output. There are a variety to choose from and the pinouts are available with a bit of digging on their site. These aren't designed for industrial applications but they have worked for me in the past. I have used their pH/ORP, salinity, light, and temperature sensors in the past.
