When a person talks about 24VDC circuits, it is logical to assume that "Class 2 circuit" is what we are talking about. Class 2 circuits are normally 24 VDC or lower and limited to 4 (approx) amps. However, one more essential feature of the circuit is that it is powered by a Class 2 source, such as a transformer (wall wart). If the transformer has a label that says "Class 2", then this is a class 2 circuit. In this case, yes, the cat 6 and the class 2 circuit can share conduits.
If the 24VDC supply is Class 3 or not labeled as described, then no, they cannot share conduits. This is NEC article 725.
