3.10A Odd occurance

Yesterday shut off the alarm via keypad. Alarm triggered a few seconds later with Omnitouch screen freezing and no access to HAI via keypads, Omnitouch screens or PCA. I did not have the network interface plugged in. I did plug NIC in after alarm froze to see if I could get into panel with PCA.

Will post the event log.

I had to power down the HAI OPII (removing power) cold rebooting it to get it to start again. First time this has ever happened.

The one thing that comes to mind is an intermittent short on something connected the console bus or one of the remote power busses. Do you have any zones configured as tamper zones?
