5 1/4 bay mount USB header?

Has anyone ever see a 5 1/4 bay mount USB header? I have a few extra on my motherboard and would love to find a black bay cover with usb ports to use with my Antec 900 case.

I got a few from NewEgg and they had 2 USB and a Firewire port on them. Was a 3.5" with a 5 1/2" frame so it fit either size slot.
Used single connectors on the end of the cable; from the jacks; so you could match signals to the motterboards connectors. from what I have seen not all manufactureres used the same pinouts.
