5/16/24 -- Snaplink Mobile APP for Android won't connect

Has the dreaded day finally arrived?

My customer's two Samsung / Android phones will both not connect.

So far the iPhone version of the APP still works...
 
I found out I can't access his panel either, using PC Access!

So far all we did was look at the D6 & D7 lights on the Omni board to the left of the ethernet port.

They look normal, D6 is steady and D7 is flashing.

Thinking of trying a router reboot first.

Also my DYNDNS account looks all normal...
 
Thanks Pete! I don't think I connected the laptop directly to the panel's ethernet jack before.

Do you do that with a regular network cable, or a crossover cable?
 
The router was having issues, and it's complicated because a 3rd party has a raspberry pi running in the house for extra protection.

But all is well, for now!
