acknowledging alarms

When there is an alarm say our system was in stay mode, I usually acknowledge it from the keypad by entering my pin. Can we acknowledge it via the RP software?

I don't believe so; in fact, I think I recall there being something about not even being able to connect to it while in alarm mode - at least with RP. You can however use Elk RMS the same way you'd use a keypad.
