Adding Siren in the garage

I have a detached garage.
Is this possible to do?
I have an Elk M1EZ8

I have a motion in the garage.
If the motion is tripped can I have a garage siren blast.
If the house is tripped then both the garage and house blast?

Is there such a thing as a wireless siren?

Definitely depends... I'm sure it can be done regardless if you're determined enough. Any chance you can get cabling from the house to the garage?

If not - there are ways to remote-trigger. X10 makes one if your powerlines are clean enough; or you could use just about any wireless lighting technology to remotely turn on a 12V transformer connected to a siren.

My garage is attached, but I ran another box in the garage and extended the databus out there so I could run an M1RB and M1XOVR to get a bunch of relays in the garage - for sprinklers, garage door control, and siren/strobe activation. If you can run a conduit the options are endless.

I have seen a detached garage alarmed using the X10 DS7000 alarm. Sirens were used both in the garage and the home as well as flashing lights in the home (and the X10 floodlight). The user can back the car out of the garage and then when leaving arm the unit with the (big) pocket remote. The alarm & floodlight are configured so the floodlight "flashes" once to let the user know the alarm is armed.

If you shop the X10 "deals" this can be a perfect use for their alarm.

I do it with my HAI alarm without problems. Just use one relay contact to control that siren. If you open my side gate, the "fake" siren goes off, but it doesn't really notify police.
