Alarm Pendant Setup

With assistance from CT I got my 4 button keyfobs working, now trying to fix my alarm pendant.

How are they supposed to be set up? I have:
ZONE
-Definition=23= Police Alarm
-Type = 0 = EOL Supervised/RF

Wireless Setup
-Enabled is checked
-Supervised = 0=Not Supervised
-Option 1,2, and PIR are NOT checked


Problems:
-I can trigger the Alarm as expected. But after entering a disarm code, Keypad line 2 shows "Police Trouble" and "Zone Trouble". If I press the UP button, it shows that zone as Violated. So far the only way I have been able to clear it is to turn the M1G off and re-start it.

I figure I have some piece of the setup wrong, I just cannot figure it out. Any thoughts are appreciated!

Did you try entering your user code again to acknowledge the alarm and then pressing the * key to silence the trouble? I also have a NX-475 and when tested it does the same thing. However the "trouble" is cleared by entering the user code again. I have no idea what the trouble means.

Yes I should have mentioned that in my first post. I did try entering the code and * with no effect on the warning messages.

One other thing, I tried it again and I noticed that the "Zone Trouble" message shows up a short while later - not immediately after the disarm.
