Anyone using an IRA-3 over 50 feet?

Been trying to get my IRA3 working and after trial and error found that CQC won't recognize the IRA 3 if its over a long distance. My setup will have the IRA3 at about 55ft from the PC, however CQC will not see it. I emailed the company and they claim 100 ft capability. Anyone using this over great distances?
