Anyone using ELK MM443

I have searched everywhere for topics about this module but all topics found are from over 10 years ago. Is anyone using ELK MM443 or is it outdated. If anyone is using it, what are you using it to control?

The information on the Elk website seems to be current (i.e. not listed as discontinued), but I've not heard of anyone using one, nor do I know what it would really be used for...

Looks like an interesting little module. You'd need the programming software to use it. I wonder if it works on newer versions of Windows. There's not much info there. Also, if it's really a PLC, then the programming might be kind of painful unless you have used ladder logic before. I wonder if they really have a ladder logic interface to X10.

There's plenty you could use it for but it comes down to whether or not you wanted to use a security controller based on rules or not. You could use it as a mantrap controller, time delay or sequencer or really anything you can come up with based off the inputs/outputs.

It does X10 and can hook up to a Caddx (now GE/UTC Networx) panel and do some basic automation with it.
