SmartHome just announced the FanLinc, a Dual-Band module which allows you to control your ceiling fan, including speed (4 speeds, High, Medium, Low & Off) and light control. The FanLinc will be available in February, and will retail for $79.99. It has been a while since we have seen a decent and affordable fan control switch in the DIY space, so hopefully this product will fill that void again.
