The interface is made so a non-technical beginner can create web based user interface screens for their Z-Wave devices. These devices range from your typical lamp module to energy monitoring devices as well as IR blaster interfaces to control your television set. Mobile apps can also be created including an interface for the iPhone!
I was particularly impressed with the energy monitoring interfaces (one shown below).
This system would work well for the beginner who wants a simple home automation system, accessible from a mobile device, and doesn't want to spend a lot of time with setting the system up.
