While I haven't heard personally of HomeScenario before, it looks like they are prepping to release a slew of products, allowing you to monitor and control your Home Theater equipment using the Z-Wave protocol.  Their starter kit will include the following:

• 1 HSK-200Z scenario hub
• 2 HSD-400Z power meter
• 1 HSK-100Z Universal IR remote controller with Z-Wave repeater
• 1 HSM-300Z projector screen Controller

The system will be compatible with other Z-Wave hardware, but will require a Z-Wave bridge (HSC-50Z).
