[Articles] Minor menu changes

In order to make room for some new features in CT 2.5, I had to move some menus around. Community features such as 'Chat', 'Forums', and various others were moved into a dedicated 'Community' menu. Hopefully this change won't confuse too many people, but it was necessary in order to allow the site to grow
