Promixis just announced a 4 port transmitter only version of their PIR-1 device. The PIR-4 uses the USB interface, supports CCF files, and uses Xantech style IR emitters to get the signal out. It is now available for purchase for $79.99 from the Promixis store. Official announcement below.

Promixis is proud to announce the latest addition to our hardware lineup, the PIR-4. The PIR-4 is a 4 port USB connected IR Transmitter. The 4 ports are individually addressable and are designed to be used with stick on emitters to control up to four different pieces of equipment.
