Schlage has officially announced their LiNK app for the Android platform, making it one of the few commercial apps compatible with the most popular platforms (iOS, Android and BlackBerry). The App supports controlling all aspects of your Schlage LiNK home automation system, including cameras, thermostat, lighting and security. The App is free (but does require the $8.99/month LiNK subscription) and is available now in the market (AppBrain link).
