It looks like SmartHome is getting ready to release a Dual-Band INSTEON 240V 30AMP load controller. They will offer 2 models, a "Normally Open Relay (2477SA1)" and a "Normally Closed Relay (2477SA2)" version. This device will let you control any device UP to 240V (think water heater, pool pumps, etc.), and comes in a nice surface mount box. Since SmartHome hasn't announced this device yet, pricing information is currently not available.
