Automating Shutdown Question

Appreciate any suggestions on this "stumper":

I need my alarm panel to automate the shutting-down of my hot domestic water recirculating pump. My panel has both relay outputs and low-current outputs -- but I can't seem to find a receptacle or plugin power module that can be directly controllable with either of those techniques.

I know I can accomplish this with UPB -- but I was really hoping to deploy a very simple, direct and bulletproof method for turning off the power feeding this pump if it becomes necessary.

If it is not needed until April or so, the new Elk Contactor might be another option?
