If you have circuits that have fridges/freezers on them, and you don't see any power for a period of time, you could set something up to alert you that the circuit is blown or your fridge/freezer is malfunctioning.

Although, a better solution might be to just use temp probes to find out of there is a problem.

I just ordered a 1240 with the EtherBee, so I haven't even had a chance to play with it yet. Hopefully I'll get it this week.
