C-BUS is no londer being sold in the US. What similar systems are there?

As of last year, C-Bus is no longer be sold in the united states. What other systems exist that allow all the "switching" to be done by the panel, with just a a signalling device in the room?

The closest system to C-bus in architecture would be Omnibus. Potentially Lutron Homeworks and Centralite Elegance could be a replacement
