I just wanted to publicly say CAI has exceptional customer service. They are fast with return emails and responses on this forum. I don't know if it's all one guy or multiple people, but all companies should be like this.
I just sent my boards for firmware update. I put them in the mail on Tuesday on the East Coast, paid by PayPal same day, and I got the boards back from the West coast on the following Monday. Fantastic turnaround time.
Most people on the web are fast to complain when things don't go well but slow to complement exceptional service. I think a complement here is well deserved.
