Hmm, still no change. I tried with both large type 470uF 35V and 16V caps I wired the neg side into the last slot on the TTL output block GND then touched the solder joint marked + (closest to the edge of the board) with the other lead from the capacitors and held it there for a short while. I saw no change in the analog bouce using either capacitor on both the plus side of C4 or C6?

Do you mind to send that baord back, so that we can analyze that board to see what could be different? We tested on few boards and they all working well with an added capacitor.

I really would prefer not too, I have been able to work around it with some averaging. Maybe if I take it out of production in the future I will let you know. Thanks again.
