Can't rename flags 65-115

For some reason I can't name flags 65-115. I can however change the description but not the name. The name filed is grayed out and inaccessible. Are these flags reserved for some other use? I can name flags 1-65 and 116-119. I just can't name any of the chunk in between these ranges.
 
Also, is it still true that you must not use the first two flags? I read something about them being tied to the internal and external sounders in some way. My Omni II has the latest firmware (3.11D.)

Hmm, I cannot rename those either. It looks like a bug to me as every documentation I have suggests that units in the flags range, specifically 393-511 in the OmniPro II, can be named.

Thanks for verifying for me. May I ask what version of PCAccess you are using? I'll call HAI, errr uh, I mean Leviton tomorrow and post their answer here.

Here is the official answer from HAI support: (BTW - I am using an audio system.)

These flags (65-115) are unavailable if using an audio system as far as naming. 
You can still use them in automation programming.

Also, flags 1 and 2 are unavailable if the sounder circuits are 
set to any function other than interior or exterior sounder. 
For example, if you set unit 393 to general purpose, it is an 
output and no longer a flag.
