Can't see OMNIPRO II in the network.

I'm new to this and working with a preexisting system with zero suuport from the prior owner. I've connected the Pro to my router, on the Pro board the red light is on by the rj45 port. The device doesn't show in my router's table in connected devices, but the light on the router indicates something is plugged in.  I have been able to ping the IP address in my computer and it did return 2ms. I've tried to access the IP via web browser with no luck. I have went to the touchscreen console and pulled the keys, ip, port,. What am I missing?
 
I have also tried to use Superlink lite version for android, I've typed in the Keys, IP, port, and user code; nothing happens. Is there a way to verify the setup without PC access or buying snaplink.
 
Do all Pro's support networking out the box? Is there something that needs to be turned on? I have the older board that needs chip updates, there are two chips on my board 2.13 and 2.0. I do not have PC access yet and am kinda glad since I'm pretty sure it wouldn't work if superlink isn't.

The OP will not get an IP by DHCP. So it will not show in your router.
You also can not access it by a browser.

If the 5.7e touchscreen is connecting to the panel; then the IP shown is your Omnitouch 5.7e IP.   The other screen will show you your HAI panel IP.
 
You will not be able to change the IP of the HAI board via an Omnitouch 5.7e.
 
If the IP is on a different subnet than you network you will need to change the IP via the a legacy Omnitouch 5.7 serial console or a keypad.
 
Make sure the first three octets match your subnet; 111.222.333.444 and the subnet mask is correct.
 
Then go back to the Omnitouch 5.7e; give it an IP and subnet mask that is in your subnet and put in the new IP and mask of the OmniPro II panel.

If it's still broken, let's clarify a few things...
 
When you say the "touchscreen" do you mean an actual touchscreen, or a keypad with buttons and a 2 line display?
When you say nothing happened on your android device, did you get any kind of error message?
Was your android device on your wifi network at the time?
 
To answer some of your problems:
 
The OmniProII doesn't have a web interface, so no surprise it didn't work.
Let's verify your network settings (also where pete_c was going).  Can you tell us the IP address of your OmniPro, and then the IP address of your PC?

I have PC ACCESS 3 Dealer and I was able to connect to it. After looking into it more I have firmware 2.13 but need at least 3.0 to do anything with a iPad, iPhone or android. The prior owner said he used his iPad with it, as far as I can tell he was not being honest. I bought the ERPOM chip, should be here next week with 3.11 I believe. Are these just plug and play chips?

The chips are easy to replace. Just power down the board completely. Place a flat blade screwdriver vertically under the PROM chip and pry it up.  To put the new one in, ground yourself to protect against static electricity, then lay the left or right side of pins against the row of holes in the socket, then align the other side of pins, then push it in. Make sure its seated good and start it up.  You only will need to replace ONE chip.

Thanks for the tips! I have two chips on the board right now 2.13 and 2.06 which do I remove?
