cctv infa red help

Hello

i have a bosch dome camera installed in a property.. the camera works fine but when it turns dark all we can see is IR reflections from inside the dome itself.. i have attaced a pic...
the camera is a bosch vdi 240vod-1

anyone have any ideas of what this could be??

i have tested it in my office and it works at night, but i can still see the ir reflectios but not as much..

Clean the dome first. You may be missing or didn't recieve a foam grommet that isolates the IR light from directly entering the lens from within the dome.

Cameras can be tricky to focus in full day light. It can look fine but when the iris opens up at dusk it goes to sh*t. Try cleaning the lens and dome, grommet check as suggested and refocus in a low light or night time condition. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
