Cedia for the non-pro?

I believe CEDIA is for the pro-installer. I live in Atlanta and wondering if it's worth going for your average HA Home User? Any recommendations?

its a good show and if you are there, by all means go. i am a non pro but i have a lot of ha experience and i meet and see a lot of good people and things there.

Getting into the convention will likely be very tricky, if you're not a professional installer or have some sort of professional affiliation.

Call the person/vendor/distributor from whom you've bought a bunch of stuff, and maybe they'll get you in.
