While the "after" is markedly improved, some of my biggest pet peeves exist in those pictures....
Security and structured components in the same enclosure. I'm a big believer that the security panel and components should be installed in a separate enclosure. Once they're in and commissioned, they're usually not accessed like other structured components and wiring (for MAC's etc).
Battery is undersized and a "builder spec" unit....4 aH at best for that amount of cabling....hope those are all contacts and a single keypad.
Cabling that is not managed within the enclosure and criss crosses over modules and other components. While they were somewhat limited by the terminated length from the other vendor, there's no reason why the components couldn't have been installed and managed in a better manner.
