We are Lutron Radio Ra2 dealers. We have had good success installing Radio Ra2 but the Connect Bridge has been a sore point.
We keep running into issues getting the initial Connect Bridge internet set up to work. Lutron Tech support has not been helpful (they randomly blame the ISP or the router or the PC we are using etc. without any specifics.)
Our local ISP uses a comtrend router - that prevents the Connect bridge from completing set up. We use the Comtrend in Bridge mode and a Luxul router and we can get the connect bridge working.
Now we are trying on a Century link network with a Zxyel C1000Z router - same problem....
Charter Communications network with their Co-ax router just works.
I haven't been able to get any kind of hint as to what setting or protocol is causing us to have change routers at these customers. Changing out the routers is an added expense I want to avoid. Especially since we don't always have router logins, etc.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
